So we decided to create a shared Vendor Registration system, that is free of charge for Vendors and unlocks value towards multiple Buyers
The Vendor Registration highlights references, existing qualifications and the soundness of a vendor’s business. Quality Assurance is provided by SupplHi and info can be updated at any time.
HOW IT WORKS
Get your qualified presence as Registered vendor on SupplHi in order to be found and contacted by multiple international Buyers for enquiries and commercial opportunities
Vendors can start the Registration at any time through self-candidacy or invite by Buyers. The system allows to easily track Registration progress with an automatic checklist of information required to reach 100% completion.
Vendors upload all the relevant information before being able to reach 100% and submit the Registration. The SupplHi Team is also available through a live chat tool to support you step-by-step as you Register your company.
Constant quality assurance by SupplHi’s category managers and experts
before the information goes online. A Vendor Registration certificate is issued upon request. Once approved, your Vendor page is published and available only to registered Buyers, willing to procure from you.
Vendors are encouraged to keep their information updated and are notified when an update is required (e.g. expired Certifications, …). The information goes online only after SupplHi’s approval.

The List of missing info is a guide to which fields in your company’s Vendor Registration are still incomplete. Use the completion bar to continuously track your progress and consult the List of missing info to see in which tabs the incomplete data is.
Visit your dedicated company profile page to get an idea of what Buyers see when navigating the platform – which data can they see, how can they see it. Improve your Registration by adding more information and making it available online to your Buyers.
