A clearer and more distinctive identity for SupplHi
Over the past ten years, SupplHi has evolved significantly. The platform has expanded, new Supplier Management processes have been introduced and the company now supports Buyer Organizations across different industries, geographies and levels of digital maturity.
The way SupplHi presented itself, however, still reflected an earlier stage of its development.
The previous identity no longer represented the maturity of the platform, the breadth of the solution or the ambition behind the company’s next phase of growth. The website also needed a clearer structure to explain what SupplHi does, how its modules work together and why its approach to Supplier Relationship Management is different.
SupplHi has therefore introduced a renewed brand identity and launched a completely redesigned website. The project does not change the foundations of the company. It gives them a clearer, more consistent and more distinctive expression.
From platform evolution to brand evolution
SupplHi is the Adaptive SRM: a modular and complete SaaS that puts processes in order, allows easy access to information, without wasting a single moment of our time.
This positioning became the starting point for the rebranding project.
The new identity had to reflect the same principles as the platform itself. It needed to be structured without appearing rigid, technical without becoming difficult to understand and distinctive without losing continuity with the SupplHi built over the past decade.
The objective was not to create a different company - it was to make SupplHi easier to recognize and easier to understand.
“The objective was to define an identity capable of representing SupplHi’s current maturity and making its value easier to understand. Every choice had to express the same qualities as our platform: structure, adaptability and clarity, while remaining consistent with the company our Customers already know.” Mirta Antonini, Head of Marketing at SupplHi
A more focused logo and a more distinctive blue
The renewed logo preserves the structure that has made SupplHi recognizable over time, while refining its proportions and visual balance.
The previous two-colour version has become monochromatic. The lettering has been revised and the “H” is now more closely integrated into the overall wordmark, creating a cleaner and more compact composition.
The result is not a new logo in the strictest sense. It is a more precise version of the existing one.
The move to a single colour also makes the logo more consistent across digital and physical applications, from the website and product videos to presentations, events and printed materials. The distinctive “Hi” element remains part of the identity and can also work independently as a recognizable brand icon.
Blue continues to be central to SupplHi, but it has also evolved.
The softer shade used in the previous identity has been replaced by a brighter and more vibrant SupplHi Blue. The new colour brings greater visibility and character to the brand, while supporting a more contemporary and confident presence.
It is combined with Night Blue, warm black, pale grey and white to create a balanced system that remains professional and clear.
The brighter blue is used selectively. It highlights relevant information, guides the reader and creates a visual point of attention without overwhelming the content. White and pale grey provide space and readability, while Night Blue supports more institutional and editorial applications.

The renewed logo and colour palette express the overall direction of the project: continuity with the past, combined with a more focused identity for the future.
A visual system built around clarity
The rebranding also introduces a more consistent visual language across all SupplHi touchpoints.
Layouts are more structured, information hierarchies are clearer and the new illustration system helps explain complex processes in a more immediate way.
The graphics use simple technical forms to represent modularity, data, connections and Supplier Management workflows. They support the content rather than becoming decorative elements.
This creates a visual identity that is better aligned with the nature of SupplHi: a platform that organizes complexity and makes information easier to access.

A new website for a more mature platform
The new website is the main application of the renewed identity.
It is not simply a visual update of the previous website. Its architecture, navigation and content have been redesigned to reflect the current scope of SupplHi.
The previous site had been developed at an earlier stage of the company and no longer provided enough space to explain the breadth of the platform or the relationship between its different modules and processes.
The new website introduces a clearer content structure.
Visitors can first understand SupplHi’s overall positioning and then explore the areas most relevant to their needs. The platform is presented as an integrated Adaptive SRM rather than as a collection of separate software tools.
Dedicated pages explain the main Supplier Management processes, including Vendor Register, Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Qualification, Vendor Performance Evaluation, Vendor Scouting, Due Diligence, Risk Monitoring and Vendor Master Data Management.
The website also provides more space for product videos, best practices, success stories and technical content.
This makes SupplHi’s expertise more accessible to Procurement, IT, Compliance, Risk, Sustainability and Supplier Management professionals before the beginning of a commercial conversation.
Developed in partnership with Gummy Industries
SupplHi selected Gummy Industries as its strategic and creative partner for the brand and digital relaunch.
The collaboration combined SupplHi’s knowledge of Supplier Management, its Customers and its platform with Gummy Industries’ expertise in brand strategy, visual identity and digital experience.
The teams worked together to define the renewed positioning, develop the visual identity and translate it into the new website and communication system.
The project was built as a shared process rather than as a purely aesthetic redesign. Each choice had to be consistent with SupplHi’s business, audience and long-term direction.
A brand aligned with SupplHi’s ambition
The rebranding marks an important step in the development of SupplHi.
It provides the company with a clearer foundation for international communication, product marketing, thought leadership and commercial activities.
It also creates a more consistent way to explain a platform that has become broader and more advanced over time.
“SupplHi was founded to improve efficiency and compliance in Supplier Management. Ten years later, the platform addresses a much broader range of processes and supports increasingly complex organizations. The renewed brand and website reflect the company we are today and provide a stronger foundation for our ambition to become a global reference for Supplier Management.” Giacomo Franchini, Co-Founder and Director at SupplHi
What remains unchanged
The identity has evolved, but the foundations of SupplHi remain the same.
SupplHi continues to focus specifically on Supplier Management.
The platform remains modular, complete and highly configurable.
Buyer Organizations can adopt the processes they need and extend the platform over time.
Access remains free of charge for Vendors.
Security, compliance, data quality and process traceability remain central to the SaaS.
The SupplHi Team continues to combine technology with Supplier Management expertise and embedded services.
The renewed brand makes these elements more visible and easier to understand. It represents SupplHi more accurately today and provides the structure required for what comes next.
