Tier-2’s invitation process is Tier-1’s responsibility on the same digital platform, leveraging on the industry network effect.

Frequently as "Supply Chain Leader", Customers play a guiding role towards their Suppliers, supporting them in the process of growth on specific capability areas.
A thoughtful Supplier Segmentation based on multiple operational criteria, enhanced Vendor Actions and advanced analytics were co-designed by SupplHi with selected Customers.

How can Buyer Organization be sure of the Vendor and users’ identity? How can you manage their authorization and authentication process in a compliant way?
The SupplAuth module enables Vendor User authentication and authorization across multiple systems and applications

Vendor Self-Checkout through AI
Based on multiple AI prompts defined, tested and constantly improved by SupplHi, Vendor receive immediate feedback on the Quality Assurance of the information provided.
The platform acts as an "intelligent corrector", signaling to the Vendor if the entered information is inconsistent with the question, enabling a fast and error-free self-checkout.
Industry Workgroup
Through a proven approach to foster Industry collaboration, SupplHi organizes dedicated Co-Design Industry Workgroups with selected Customers to review industry context and regulatory trends, define specific features for emerging Supplier Management priorities, analyze the performance status of the Supplier base, share best practices such as frameworks and processes, avoid self-referential models and address joint supply chain initiatives.

A shared language is essential in complex industrial supply chains.
To facilitate this, SupplHi co-designed the Standard Categorization of Supplies, with inputs from global Buyers, Vendors and Trade Associations to streamline the Vendor Scouting process.

A recommended set of information, assessment metrics, due diligence procedures, tools, and mechanisms, including independent third-party verifications - to assess and monitor ESG Sustainability across B2B Supply Chain.
