AWS EU Cloud Infrastructure
SupplHi is 100% cloud-based and hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Region, currently in eu-west-1 (Ireland). This supports GDPR alignment, infrastructure redundancy and secure access management from the ground up.

Triple ISO Certification
SupplHi obtained ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 certifications from Bureau Veritas for the design, development and management of its SaaS platform for Vendor Management information. These standards cover information security management, cloud security and protection of personal data in the cloud.

SOC 1 Type II Monitoring
SupplHi is under constant monitoring by EY for SOC 1 Type II, supporting robust internal controls and audit readiness in relation to Customers’ financial reporting environments.

Operational controls that support control and governance
Multi-Factor Authentication and controlled access
SupplHi applies strong access controls, including mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication for Vendors and role-based authorization logic for Buyers. Moreover, the platform structure separates Buyer, Vendor and Admin areas, helping maintain operational clarity and stronger control over who can access what.
Continuous testing and threat prevention
SupplHi performs Vulnerability Assessment / Penetration Testing with specialized third-party providers. On the infrastructure and application side, the platform leverages services to reduce exposure to common threats and support ongoing remediation.
Audit logs, traceability and versioning
All information on SupplHi is versioned by the system and all editable fields are backed by audit trail logic. This allows Customer users to access current and historical information, improving traceability, compliance and clarity in Supplier-related decision-making.
SupplHi is easy to integrate and to act as Master Data
Through REST APIs, SupplHi is easy to integrate with any system. It can also act as Vendor Master Data, helping organizations keep Supplier information structured, consistent and ready to use across multiple systems.
