Structured Setup, including a tailored Business BluePrint
The setup of the SupplHi SRM platform is done through a structured approach led by a dedicated SupplHi team. The SupplHi setup experts guide configuration choices and ensure alignment with the Customer’s operating model from the very beginning.
The setup is based on a Business Blueprint (BBP), a comprehensive document that defines scope, processes, roles and selected configurations.
Setup timelines range from 2/3 weeks up to 3/4 months, based on the Customer’s size and complexity of configuration. User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and training are delivered, while Hypercare is an option.

Vendor Disambiguation & Data Enrichment
SupplHi ensures that each Vendor is uniquely identified and consistently managed across the platform when joining the Network.
When a new Vendor joins at any time during platform utilization, a structured and highly automated Vendor Disambiguation process assigns a unique SupplHi ID.
Vendor Data Enrichment completes, validates and standardizes Vendor information where needed, ensuring that the Vendor database remains accurate and up to date over time.

Quality Assurance with AI & Human Review
SupplHi Vendor Quality Assurance leverages Gen-AI alongside proprietary and continuously fine-tuned LLMs to automatically read and analyse documentation submitted through onboarding and application questionnaires.
This automated analysis is combined with human review by SupplHi specialists, ensuring final validation, consistency and reliability of Vendor information.
As a result, organizations can rely on validated data without allocating internal resources to manual activities, improving both efficiency and compliance.

In parallel, SupplHi provides a 1st Level Help Desk for Suppliers, handling questions, clarifications and operational requests related to platform usage.
