INTEGRATION APPROACH
An adaptive integration approach
SupplHi provides a broad and continuously updated set of REST APIs, developed through years of experience across real Supplier Management use cases.
Organizations can start using the platform even without integrations and evolve over time, defining the level of interaction with ERP and other systems according to their priorities, architecture and internal governance.
API calls can be configured based on the Customer’s needs, including which data to exchange, when to exchange it and how to query SupplHi.
DATA EXCHANGE
How SupplHi adapts to Buyer’s requirements

- Vendor Basic Data
Vendor Basic Data (legal name, address, fiscal data, …) can be managed in SupplHi before being synchronized with other enterprise systems. This allows organizations to use SupplHi as Vendor Master Data while preserving the integration logic that best fits their operating model, including complex environments with multiple ERPs or legal entities.
- Qualification results, Risk and Performance Scores
Qualification statuses (with related expiry dates, categories of supply, …), risk scores (ESG, Cyber, …) and Performance Evaluations generated in SupplHi can be made operational in downstream systems. This helps teams use Supplier-related insights where decisions are actually made, without duplicating workflows or losing data consistency across systems.
- Purchases, Delivery Times and Non-Conformities
Operational data such as purchase orders, delivery-related information, non-conformities and project data can flow into SupplHi and trigger downstream processes such as Performance Evaluation, Qualification updates, Vendor Risk Monitoring and other Supplier Management workflows.
- External Data Providers
In addition to Vendor-submitted information and data generated within the platform, SupplHi can integrate external data providers in an Open Data or Bring-Your-Own-License (BYOL) model. This allows Buyer organizations to enrich Supplier profiles with financial, compliance, cyber or other third-party data, based on their preferred sources and integration setup.
INTEGRATION-ENABLED MODULES
Integrations that strengthen Supplier Management
Single Sign-On
SupplHi supports Single Sign-On to simplify access and align authentication with the Customer’s identity management approach. Through integration with external Identity Providers via SAML 2.0, Customer users can access the platform without managing separate credentials. For organizations that require it, provisioning and de-provisioning flows can also be supported through SCIM 2.0, helping IT teams maintain access control more efficiently and consistently over time.
Vendor Bank Account Validation
Vendor Bank Account Validation adds an additional layer of protection to Vendor data management by verifying that bank account details are legitimately associated with the relevant legal entity. Integrated with trusted partners such as Sis ID and Trustpair, the module supports real-time checks across multiple countries and banking formats, helping organizations reduce fraud risk, strengthen controls and keep full traceability of validation activities directly within Vendor workflows.
External Data Providers
SupplHi can integrate external data providers in an Open Data or Bring-Your-Own-License (BYOL) model to enrich Vendor profiles with financial, compliance, cyber and other relevant information. Customers can decide which sources to use according to their existing provider landscape and internal standards. This makes it possible to consolidate internal and external Supplier data within a single environment, making Vendor information more structured, consistent and easier to use.
SupplAuth
SupplAuth is SupplHi’s dedicated module for Vendor User authentication and authorization across multiple systems. It centralizes identity governance for Supplier users, helping Buyer organizations manage who can access which applications, under which Vendor identity and with which permissions. Through dedicated dashboards and authorization workflows, Customer teams can monitor access requests, user statuses and expirations in one place, while maintaining full traceability and stronger compliance. Based on standards such as SAML 2.0 and SCIM 2.0, SupplAuth helps reduce credential fragmentation and supports a more secure, scalable collaboration model across the supply chain.
