SupplHi is built on a modular architecture that allows Customers to select only the modules they need and activate them progressively over time. Configurability goes well beyond module selection:

  • Leverage a comprehensive library of over 1,000 industry-shared questions covering all critical capabilities, including Quality, HSE, ESG, and Cyber Security. Instead of "reinventing the wheel," customers select only the questions relevant to their specific application area, benefiting from answers already validated by SupplHi’s Quality Assurance team. Customer-specific questions are always possible.

  • The platform hosts Customer-specific categorizations of goods and services, with up to 4 levels of depth and in multiple languages. This enables the creation of differentiated qualification paths, ensuring alignment with the criticality and nature of the specific category of supply.

  • Workflows can be configured as multi-stage processes (request, coordination, activation, evaluation, approvals, publish, …) to match internal governance. This ensures that supplier-related decisions move through the necessary gates with full traceability at every stage

  • Assign specific cross-functional and company-specific teams to review different aspects of supplier-related capabilities, across different process types (qualification, performance, risk evaluation, …). This allows subject matter experts (e.g., Technical, Sustainability, …) to collaborate on the same assessment, ensuring a complete and timely evaluation

  • Define custom scoring logic to segment suppliers based on multiple criteria (geographies, performance, spending data, questionnaire answers, …). These custom models allow for automated segmentation, helping teams identify top-tier partners and high-risk entities at a glance.

  • Streamline operations by setting up logic-based triggers. Whether it’s auto-advancing a supplier to the next stage upon document completion or flagging expired certificates, these rules minimize manual intervention and reduce administrative bottlenecks.

  • Utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. AI-driven features help perform Quality Assurance of Declarations, extracting information from documents, identifying anomalies in supplier performance, and providing predictive insights for risk management.

  • Tailor the supplier lifecycle stages (active, blocked, temporarily qualified, …) to mirror the Customer’s internal terminology and procedures. Custom Fields can ensure full alignment with the required Vendor data for integration with the ERP system.

  • Create and maintain proprietary libraries of vendor-related information (e.g. vendor actions, types of assessment visits, …) to fully reflect the internal terminology and procedures and to minimize change management.

  • predefined platform roles ensure that every user - from standard user to process owners - has exactly the right level of access to data and functionalities in accordance with the Segregation of Duty (SoD) of each Customer.

  • Configure data access based on user roles or companies of the group, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to authorized personnel, maintaining strict data privacy and security.

  • Customer can stay ahead of deadlines with an intelligent notification engine, with alerting and escalation rules that are fully aligned with responsibility roles, ensuring the right person is notified for document renewals, pending approvals, or critical compliance gaps.

  • Track the health of Supplier Management workflows through dedicated monitoring tools, allowing process owners to identify delayed processes, measure lead times and ensure the entire Supplier Management system is operating efficiently.

  • Leverage the SupplHi Library of 150+ Standard Reports, coupled with the flexibility of the self-reporting area, to generate comprehensive, data-driven reports on any Supplier Management process.

  • Ensure a seamless data flow across any IT landscape. The platform supports robust integrations (via API or standard connectors) with ERPs and other corporate systems to maintain a "single source of truth" for supplier data.
