On August 2020, SupplHi has been announced among the 15 semi-finalists – out of over 60 companies globally – for the 2020 DEMO Virtual Startup Pitch Competition, the largest startup pitch competition, organized by Digital Procurement World in partnership with Orpheus, a McKinsey company.
The 15 semi-finalists were divided in three categories (Enterprise, Networks & Platforms, Source-to-pay) and have been selected by CPOs and Digital Innovation Managers of notable companies (Amazon, BT Group, Bank of America, Mars, Novartis, Osram, Schneider Electric, UCB Pharma, …) alongside senior professionals from consulting (Azul Partners, McKinsey, Gartner, Kearney, …) and investment firms (Mosaic Venture, Paua Ventures, …).
SupplHi – included in the Source-to-pay category – is the only Italian company among the 15 semi-finalists that are geographically distributed as follows: 5 USA; 4 Germany; 2 Switzerland; 1 Austria; 1 Italy; 1 Sweden; 1 UK.
DEMO Virtual is one of the activities from Digital Procurement World (DPW), the first organization of its kind to focus on bringing startups into the procurement industry. The contest is designed to provide a platform for entrepreneurs from around the world to pitch their solutions to gain global exposure and access deals.
The 15 semifinalists, five in each of the three categories, have won the opportunity to pitch their fledgling companies online to a panel of judges for a place at the competition’s Grand Finale to be hosted live online on 16th September, 2020 at 5 pm CEST, and available to watch for free to all users who register online.
